Lakeview Roofing & Restoration was founded in May 2023 by Christopher and Katelyn Brown, but our roots in the roofing industry go back over two decades.
Christopher has spent 20+ years on rooftops across the Inland Northwest — from residential re-roofs in Coeur d'Alene to commercial flat systems in Spokane. He earned his HAAG certification for both residential and commercial inspection, and trained with Owens Corning to become a Preferred Contractor. When it was time to start his own company, there was only one place to do it: right here in Rathdrum.
Katelyn brings the operational backbone — managing scheduling, customer communication, and making sure every project runs on time and on budget. Together, they built Lakeview on a simple principle: do honest work, charge fair prices, and treat every roof like it's your own.
We're not a national franchise with a corporate playbook. We're your neighbors. We shop at the same grocery stores, our kids go to the same schools, and we understand what North Idaho weather does to a roof because we live under it too.
